  A lifestyle-based, balanced approach incorporating the 8 natural laws of health.  Based on 25 years experience as a medical doctor and Board Certified Cardiologist.
   
• Youth Week of Spiritual Emphasis series:
  Integrated health lecture, family life emphasis and sermon on subjects relevant to youth including choices, etc.
   
• Music Workshops:
  Our music workshops address the sensitive subject of appropriate music for the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
   
• Spiritually Uplifting Books:
